TTF Series Plastic Disposable Box With Lids Making Machine adopts the most advanced thermoforming technology. It is a combination of mechanical,electrical and pneumatic components,and the whole system was controlled by micro PLC.The machine has man-interface operation,radiant heat,male and female die forming and laser blade cutting.it combines feeding,heating,forming,cutting and stacking into one process.
It is suitable for processing different materials, such as PP, PS, HIPS, PET, PVC, PLA etc. processing high transparency, high stretch, shallow stretch, round, square, upper and lower two-way stretch, flanged and other products, including trays, lids, fruit and vegetable boxes, flower pots, shells, seedling trays and plates, etc.
