Semi automatic Disposable Plastic Vacuum Forming Machine

Disposable Plastic Vacuum Forming Machine finished products are widely used in sealing and packing toys, hardware, cosmetics, electronic products (batteries, electronic components and so on), foodstuff (fruit pallets, snack boxes, biscuit boxes, food dishes, trays, etc), medicines, etc. It is suitable for plastic sheet: PVC, PE, PET, PP, PS, HIPS. 

Features:

1. Processing flow: Manual Feeding → Heating → Pre-strech → Forming → Cooling → Air Blowing & Releasing from mold → Clamp Rising → Manual Pickup.

2. This machine consist of Heating system, Forming system, Vacuum system, Pneumatic system, Cooling system and Control system.

3.Heating & temperature control system:Adopts fully enclosed furnace to reduce heat loss. Adopts far infraredceramic heatingbricks or Halogen heater tubes with independent temperature controller to ensure the sheet is heated uniformly over its entire surface area and throughout its thickness. Temperature controller for the heating brick orhalogen heater tubes is SCR voltage regulator which operating by setting voltage up and down. Each heating brick is controlled by single SCR voltage regulator, means "one to one" control mode, different voltage acquires different temperature. (Integrated circuit voltage regulator is optional, in this way, the voltage is PLC controlled and voltage setting is operated on touch screen). 

4.Pre-stretch (Blowing "bubble"): In the case of male mold vacuum forming, once the plastic has reached its forming temperature it can be pre-stretched to ensure even wall thickness when the vacuum is applied. In the process of heating, the sheet will be softened and sagging, to keep the sagging sheet from being scorched and achieve even wall thickness, air pressure is applied to blow a small "bubble" and the mold is then raised into the pre-stretched sheet.
