APPLICATION AREA
 This machine is suitable for producing PP/PS/PET sheet. It extrudes granule to sheet which is used for producing different kind of plastic  cups, food  containers, trays, dishes, bowls, trays, lids,  etc. 
 

PET sheet
 Polybutylene terephthalate, the chemical formula is COC6H4COOCH2CH2O.  (English: Polyethylene terephthalate, referred to as PET), synthesized by  transesterification of terephthalic acid two to ethylene glycol or terephthalic  acid and ethylene glycol, then polycondensation of terephthalate. It is a  crystalline saturated polyester. It is a milky white or light yellow, highly  crystalline polymer with smooth and glossy surface. It is a common kind of  resin in life, which can be divided into APET, RPET and PETG.

Part 1.  Extruding part

 Part 2. Three  rollers polishing part
 1. Three roller  diameter Ø320mm (2pcs), Ø500mm ( 1pcs )
 2. The roller  surface is quenching, hardness HRC60-62,
 3.Three rolls  are independently driven by servo motor
 4.  The thickness of the sheet can be adjusted according to your requirements  within the suitable range.
 5.Three rollers inside adopts vortex cooling design to achieve rapid  refrigeration purposes.
 6.  Polishing step adopts oil cylinder.
 Part 3. Mold  temperature control cooling/heating
 1. The  temperature of three rollers can be precisely controlled.
 2. It can have  extra cooling device to make refrigeration better

 Adjustable Cutting width, by adjusting the  hand wheel, adjust sheet width under Pneumatic solenoid valve
