Detailed Introduction of the Equipment

1. It has a safety door alarm function. Once the door is opened, the machine will stop or alarm. When the door is closed, the machine starts working.
2. The equipment has a low center of gravity, high yield rate, stable operation, easy operation, and an attractive visual appearance.
3. It adopts a full servo motor drive to ensure the perfection of the product and the long life of the machine. Each servo motor is equipped with overload protection to prevent the machine from overloading.
4. The forming and punching stations are equipped with a quick mold change device, which greatly shortens the mold change time and reduces production costs.
5. Elstein adopts a fast response and effective temperature control module. The heating tile, combined with vacuum insulation cotton and a far-infrared heating method, improves heat conversion efficiency, ensures uniform heating of the board, increases production speed, and saves energy.
6. The conveying part adopts aluminum rails and #65Mn toothed chains, which have high hardness, good resilience, heat resistance, and internal cooling water to improve the cooling efficiency of the board. The paper feeding is driven by servo motors, making it more accurate and efficient.
7. The feeding and heating parts are equipped with photoelectric switches to prevent safety accidents caused by misoperation during the production process. The loading rack is combined with the machine to save workshop space and is easy to control.
8. Each station adopts an eccentric crank connecting rod structure transmission, which has higher transmission efficiency and ensures stable and efficient equipment operation.
9. The intelligent console interface (Delta) has a storage function. All parameters can be saved in the equipment for easy operation next time.
10. Each station is composed of a stable four-guide column (GCr15 steel, hard chrome plated on the outside) structure. This structure is wear-resistant, extending the service life of the equipment.
