Equipment workflow

Automatic feeding

The plastic sheet enters the heating zone through an automatic feeding device;

Heating and softening

Mold forming:

The sheet is fed into the mold and precisely shaped through processes such as vacuum adsorption and pressure forming;

Cutting and trimming
