Thermoplastic Cup Machine

Thermoplastic Cup Machine is suitable for producing plastic cup bowl box containers and lids. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and Servo system (Equipped with a stretching servo motor), the positioning is more accurate and the thermoforming is more stable. The machine has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, high grade of finished products. This machine is mainly used in production of PP PS PE PET HIPS PLA thermoplastic sheet with positive pressure forming to become different kinds of jelly cups, beverage cups, packaging boxes high grade containers, and so on. The forming area is 750 x 480mm, forming depth 180mm, max production speed 45 cycle/min.

 Main Features:

1) The stretching of plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by Servomotor.

2) The sheet feeding is driven by pin chain. The pin chain is controlled by Sevomotor andthe feeding length can be set through touch screen.

3) It adoptsfour pillars to fix the mould. We could adopt four pillars to fix the mould.

4) The production process include sheet feeding, heating, plugs stretching, forming and in-mould cutting and blow final products out.

5) We adopt square steel to make the machine frame stronger.

6) The working performance of this machine is controlled PLC and touch screen.
