Plastic bowl cup making machine  is suitable for producing plastic cups(PET, PP, PS material), fruit containers, bowls, trays, fast food boxes and etc.

It  adopts servo motor for sheet feeding and streching, PLC for programe, touch screen for operation, stable, low noise and high efficiency. 

Loading of the sheet to be formed, the forming operation, and the piece unloading are carried out automatically. Quick mould change, networking and opportunity to work with vacuum and pressure even on the  upper mould. 

• Rapid change of machine settings , with the integrated software systems

• Plug and feeding movements are servo motorised. The mould-plate has a  servo movement managed via PC with  speed and positioning information that is stored for future fast setups.  The patented mechanics work using two electronically coupled servomotors , ensuring a quick and precise positioning of the mould and a high level of pressure
